Septic Permitting
TDEC-approved evaluations to help accelerate your project timeline. A certified soil scientist reviews your plans and maps to identify the best septic locations, evaluating both conventional and alternative system options. We also collaborate closely with trusted septic installers and general contractors and can provide a recommendation if you’d like.

Perc Testing
This option applies to soils with estimated absorption rates exceeding 75 minutes per inch. Boring will be performed in a grid pattern with no more than 25 feet between holes. Each boring will be filled with water, monitored, and on-site measurements recorded to determine the soil’s estimated absorption rates.
